In February 2023, I made the strategic decision to close down HomeLife Ambassador Realty and bring our esteemed team, the Radiant Group, to Delex Realty. This move has equipped us with superior tools, marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and a wealth of resources, enabling us to serve our clients with even greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Co-founding the Radiant Group alongside my esteemed Business Partner and Brother-In-Law, Jerry Cravens, in 2008, has been a journey marked by excellence. Together, we have facilitated the sale of over 800 homes, a testament to our unwavering commitment to integrity and client satisfaction. Our team comprises eight exceptional agents, each with a wealth of experience and a shared dedication to serving our clients with the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Specializing in the vibrant communities of Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, El Mirage, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Buckeye, Surprise, Sun Cities, Waddell, and Wittmann, we possess in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics, allowing us to guide our clients through seamless transactions.

In 2023, I was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors for Arizona REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, assuming the role of an advocate for our members, private property rights, and homeowners. It is a privilege to champion these important causes, ensuring the integrity and vitality of the real estate industry.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply engaged in the vibrant community of the West Valley, actively participating in local running and cycling clubs. As a fervent believer in pushing boundaries, I continue to compete in Trail Racing (running) and Mountain Bike Racing, embodying the motto, "life begins at the end of your comfort zone." Additionally, I find fulfillment in serving as a volunteer coach for Ottawa University's Cross Country and Track & Field teams, nurturing the next generation of athletes and leaders.
